Oman Air expands African network

Oman Air has signed a codeshare partnership with Ethiopian Airlines on the Muscat and Addis Ababa sectors, Gulf News has reported. To be operated using Ethiopian Airlines aircraft, the service will build on the Ethiopian Airlines' four flights per week between the two cities, and will be marketed by Oman's national carrier. The agreement is expected to afford Oman Air customers the benefit of Ethiopian's extensive network in Africa, currently covering 60 cities on the continent, including domestic stations in Ethiopia.
