Oman approves Tethys Oil's development plan for Blocks 3, 4

Oman's oil and gas ministry has approved the field development plan by Swedish energy company Tethys Oil for Blocks 3 and 4, Muscat Daily has reported. The exploration and production (EPSA) terms of the two blocks were extended for 30 years from the deemed discovery date of July 20, 2010. Tethys said that test production from the onshore Blocks 3 and 4 continues and amounted to 449,425 barrels of oil in November, corresponding to 14,981 barrels per day.
