Oman HR and Nationalisation Summit to gather senior HR professionals from leading companies in the region

Senior officials including Dr. Abdullah Al Homeadan, VP Human Capital and Organisation Excellence, STC Group will join representatives from PDO, Shell, Du, Etihad Airways, Majan Electricity, and Oman Sail at the Oman HR and Nationalisation Congress to be held from 10 - 11 February 2013 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Muscat in Oman.

Oman HR and Nationalisation Congress is a platform which is bringing together the HR professionals from the public and private cross industry organisations including construction, oil and gas, power and water, IT and Telecommunications, banking and finance, tourism, transport and governmental entities together to share insights and exchange best practices for implementing an HR development and nationalisation programme and to meet the changing and growing demands of country's marketplace.

The conference day one will feature topics such as Developing Human Resources Management (HRM) Models in Oman, generating leadership talent from your national workforce and reforming the education system to help build a credible national workforce.

Key highlights of conference day two will include presentations and briefings from Rym Aoudia, Chief Operating Officer from Knowledge Oman, Dr. Khamis Al Balushi, Industrial Innovation Consultant from Industrial Innovation Center and Dr. Ramin Mohajer, HR and Development Consultant from Information Technology Authority.
