Omanexpo to organize 7th Middle East Artificial Lift Forum in Abu Dhabi

In a recent signing, MEALF has, for the fifth time, appointed pioneer and leading exhibitions and conferences organizer Omanexpo to manage and organize the event.

MEALF, the only one of its kind in the Middle East region and backed by the region's largest oil companies, will feature a one-day training workshop, a two-day forum and exhibition.

The workshop presentations will be conducted in an interactive setting accompanying practical exercises focusing on best practices and new-technology cases.

Among the trainers for the workshop are General Electric Company for Electrical Submersible Pumps, Weatherford for Sucker Rod Technologies and Baker Hughes for the Artificial Lift Selection.

Over 25 technical specialists are expected to deliver presentations on topics like gas-lift and ESP optimization, ESP/PCP diagnosis, control and optimization, power supply quality and harmonics, and contracting methods.

Big companies like Kuwait Oil Company 'Kuwait', Delta Doha Corporation 'Qatar', Zenith Oilfield Technology 'UK', Artificial Lift company 'UAE', Dover Middle East LLC 'Oman' and Novomet Group of Companies 'UAE' have already confirmed their participation as exhibitors.

MEALF is expecting more than 50 representative companies from close to 18 countries worldwide.

MEALF is a major bi-annual exhibition and forum that specializes on the mounting use of artificial lift technologies in oil production operations throughout the Middle East region.

Since its inaugural edition in 2002, it has served as the launch pad for new players into the region and a platform for knowledge sharing and discourse about industry developments.

It has also been key to the successful promotion of the growth and development of the industry, locally and regionally.
