Oman's Alargan Towell working on three mixed-use projects

Omani developer Alargan Towell Investment has said it is working on three mixed-use projects across the sultanate, Muscat Daily has reported. The projects include Telal al Qurm in Muscat, Beyout Alfaye in Al Khoudh and Al Waha community in Barka, which is the largest, with 700 villas to be built on a 685,000sq m area, said the general manager of Alargan Towellm, Tony Safarian. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by October 2014, and the township will have hospitals, mosques, playgrounds and schools, he said.
