Callum Hoy has been appointed as Director of Business Development. Callum joined TBWA\ZEENAH from London, where he held senior roles at Publicis and Ogilvy. Most recently, he was directing Visa Europe's London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games partnership marketing programme. At TBWA\ZEENAH, Callum is responsible for the business development of the existing client portfolio and is the Head of Client Services. He specialises in delivering truly integrated advertising communications.
Paul Ross joins TBWA\ZEENAH as Director, New Business. Paul is a senior brand strategist harnessing 20 years in brand building and a passion to create disruptive ideas which drive clients' businesses. Previously, Paul worked for more than five years with Omnicom's global advertising brands BBDO and DDB in London, Paris and Riyadh, clients he worked with included Sony, Henkel, Qatari Diar, Riyad Bank and Sama Airlines. His experience spans multiple industries including airlines, automotive, consumer electronics, energy, financial services, luxury goods, retail and real estate.
