Oman's Taminat launches $176.9m development

Oman's Public Authority for Social Insurance (Taminat) has unveiled plans for a multipurpose investment project that will be set up on its land plot in the wilayat of Bowsher at a cost of RO68.129 ($176.9m), Times of Oman has reported. The 37,000 sq m project will comprise 11 mixed-use commercial, residential and administrative buildings with the commercial building constituting 30% of the project. The residential buildings will provide 600 housing units with utilities. The project will be implemented in 30 months.
