The Online Project, social media agency in the Middle East, announced the launch of a new industry report that measures the key performance indicators of top brands on Facebook in the Middle East.

The report, entitled 'Facebook Benchmarks in the Middle East', aims to showcase the behavior of the top corporate Facebook pages, per industry, in the MENA region.

The report, the first of its kind in the Middle East, uses five core KPIs jointly to assess the overall performance and ranking of the top performing brand pages in eight industries.

The report will be of great use as a benchmark for companies to measure their performance against, as well as social media enthusiasts in need of insights into using social media in the Middle East.

The Online Project releases industry reports providing qualitative and quantitative research on social media trends in the Middle East on a regular basis.

This report, is the third of its kind published by The Online Project this year, after it's 'Facebook Marketing' report which compared the user behavior of Facebook users in the MENA region to their American counterparts, and 'Tweeting in Ramadan' report that explores the best times to engage on Twitter with consumers and audiences in the Middle East.
