OPEC crude output dropped in March to a 16-month low

Opec crude production in March has dropped to a 16-month low, as output in Nigeria dropped to the least in over three years, Bloomberg has reported. Crude oil production in the 12-member organisation fell 70,000 barrels, or 0.2%, to an average 30.554 million barrels a day this month from a revised 30.624 million in February. Saudi Arabia pumped nine million barrels a day during the month, unchanged from February.
