Orange Jordan rolls out cloud backup service

Orange Jordan has rolled out a new service offering mobile content back-up to all of its three million subscribers. The LinqUs Cloud Backup solution by Gemalto, compliant with the entire handset base, is the first in the country to allow mobile phone subscribers to save and restore their mobile data like the phonebook contacts 'in the cloud' in case of handset loss, change or damage, whether the data is stored on the SIM card or directly in the mobile handset.
