OSN strengthens senior management team with appointment of Senior Vice President for Human Resources

With over 20 years of experience in business operations and the Human Resources industry, John will lead OSN's HR team which drives the company's human capital strategy, compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, leadership and talent development programmes.

John's career highlights include his most recent role with Qtel Group (Qatar Telecommunications) as Advisor to the CEO for Nawras, Oman's telecommunications provider, where he originated and led the company's 'Turnaround Plan' to reinvigorate the commercial strategy.

Prior to this role, John successfully ran his own company in new media specialising in providing expert support to senior executives on people-centred issues as well as coaching high profile individuals, developing HR strategies and business transformation. He also held the position of HR Director for the BBC from 2008 to 2011, where he was responsible for the organisation's corporate activities including HR policy, processes, as well as the provision of services to all employees and freelance contractors.
