Over-charged Nol cards to receive refund

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has said Nol card users who have been over-charged because of a system error are soon to receive a refund of their balance through its network of 3,400 parking metres located throughout the city, Khaleej Times has reported. "There have been very rare instances when a commuter using the public bus service has been over-charged. We have rectified the problem and started issuing the refund," said director of transportation systems at the Public Transport Agency, Adel Shakri.
