Overestimated number of delegates gather up to attend LEED master class

The third annual Conference of Saudi Green Building Forum (SGB FORUM), King Abdullah's initiative, which kick started on the late evening of 13 October, 2012 witnessed a high number of Saudi professionals coming to attend the educational LEED 101: Green Building Basics and LEED master class which was effectively delivered by Ammar Nahya, P. Eng, LEED A.P, LEED Faculty, in an extremely impressive manner.
Green Building Council, SGB FORUM would be to utilizing the association between LEED and Industry Professionals to build strong professional relations and leverage community connections and discover ways in which they can benefit each other.
Ammar Nahya, P. Eng, LEED A.P, LEED Faculty, said, "Saudi Green Building Forum has finally done it. The Forum has worked very hard to reach to this point and I really appreciate this. Thus, it's a great pleasure to work with the Forum and I am very glad to see the positive response of the participating delegates. They have zeal to learn about new things and they were very interactive in the morning session."
"Everybody is looking forward to the evening ceremony. All the industry professionals and entrepreneurs will get common platform to discuss and debate about the green issues and this is simply amazin," he added.
Faisal S. Alfadl, Secretary General of Saudi Green Building Forum, stated, "Saudi Green Building Forum is entirely delighted by the overwhelming response of the participating delegates in this pre-event Master LEED Class. I appreciate their effort in coming to four seasons and attending this educational class. I am grateful to Ammar Nahya, P. Eng, LEED A.P, LEED Faculty, who has come all the way to Saudi Arabia to enlighten the participating delegates about the Green Building Basics and importance of LEED ratings."
He also added, "We have scheduled the next master class LEED 201: Core Concepts & Strategies on 16 October, 2012. However, going by today's scenario of overestimated assembly, I think we will have to expand the arrangements for more participating delegates so that we are able to accommodate everyone in the next master class."
The LEED master class has been specifically designed for enthusiastic industry professionals who want to learn about new trends in green building. LEED courses are meant to enrich the learner about new trends in Green Building and updates on new guiding tools and technologies that can improve design/ construction career development as LEED Green Assosiate/ LEED Accredited Professional.
Saudi Green Building Forum Conference is being organized under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Mansour Bin Miteb Bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipalities and Rural Affairs. The Conference will provide a dominant platform for discussing challenges for Green Building related to '3P's of sustainability to promote Green Building initiatives in Saudi Arabia, to boost business collaboration, unveil new employment opportunities and enhance the built-environment across the kingdom. The third annual intellectual think-tank treat will involve Conference, Workshop, Exposition and Project Case Studies of the current year.
