Pakistan International Airlines inaugurates new office premises in Oman

Pakistan International Airlines, the national carrier of Pakistan, recently inaugurated its new office premises, in the presence of H.E. Nawabzada Aminullah Khan Raisani, Ambassador of Pakistan, as the Chief Guest and Mr. Irshad Ghani, Director - Corporate Services, PIA, as the Guest of Honour.

Situated at a prime location next to QNB Building on Markaz Tijari Street, Block No 127 in the CBD area, the state of the art office will carry out all its functions including PIA Ticketing and Reservations from this premises. The temporary telephone lines of the office have been set as 24708154, 24705005 and 24799966, and the Ticket Office Manager can be contacted on 24799422.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. M. Basheeruddin Khan, Country Manager, PIA, said, "We are of firm conviction that the 37 branch nationwide network of Travel Point LLC, our newly appointed GSA & GSSA, and the team of very skilled and efficient staff, will enhance the convenience and travel experience of all our customers travelling to Pakistan and worldwide. We are delighted to join hands with them and are looking for a long and fruitful association in the future."

Mr. Sunil Prabhakar, Group General Manager, Travel Point LLC, stated, "We are happy to shoulder this portfolio and on behalf of the Board of Directors, I reiterate that we will take the airline to a newer level of success in the years to come."

The event was witnessed by delegates of the Pakistani Community as well as the Travel Trade in Oman. The Inaugural was followed by an Iftar Dinner at the office premises.
