The "Partnership to Invest in Future Syria" conference will be held in Dubai, under the patronage of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in cooperation with Dubai Chamber. The conference, which is organised by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), will focus on the country's economic recovery and capacity building.

Prominent business leaders from the UAE, Germany and other members of the National Coalition of Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces, will join international experts on economic and social development. This one-day event will be held from 9AM-5PM at the Joharah Ballroom in Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai.

Over 500 regional and international businesspeople, entrepreneurs, policymakers and sectorial experts will provide in-depth presentations on the Syrian economy and will participate in sustained discussions to identify strategies for supporting the country's future development and growth.

The conference will feature four panel discussions, covering economic capacity building, the role of the private sector, core sectorial analysis, and the socioeconomic benefits of infrastructure investment.

This Working Group is one of the four key work streams identified to achieve the vision of a dynamic, free-market Syrian economy, a stream that is chaired by the UAE.
