PEIE hosts programme on seven attributes of excellent management

As part of its ongoing efforts to train, rehabilitate and advance human resources, Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (PEIE), represented by Sur Industrial Estate in cooperation with Human Resources Development Centre and supported by Oman India Fertiliser Company (OMIFCO), is hosting a three-day programme underscoring the seven attributes of excellent management.
Besides, the programme provides them with knowledge to promote entrepreneurial ideas and realise their aspirations for the success of their businesses in various economic sectors.
Moderated by Mohammed Saddam, human resources development expert at PEIE, the event attempts to highlight self-leadership through a clear message, balanced roles and specific goals; self-management through prioritisation; creative cooperation and development of teamwork skills; among other objectives.
The programme was attended by a number of members from Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) - Sur Branch, participants of Sanad Programme, and participants of the Cell Programme which is run by OMIFCO.
