- PRESS RELEASE
People Plus FZLLC is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement with Changing Attitudes LLC on Wednesday January 23rd 2013 giving Changing Attitudes the exclusive rights to deliver Jigsaw@work workshops and also to license companies for In-house delivery of this excellent learning and development tool within the UAE.
Richard Jeffery, managing director of People Plus, said, "We are delighted to have developed a very good professional relationship with Changing Attitudes over the past year particularly with Philip Geatches, Managing Director. We all look forward to an exciting future as Changing Attitudes now takes over the sole responsibility for Jigsaw@work in the UAE and we, at People Plus, move on to develop the global interests of Jigsaw. Given Philip's dynamic approach to the development of others I can see that Jigsaw@work will achieve great things for many participants in the UAE."
He went on to say, "Jigsaw@work enhances an organisations' productivity by introducing Thinking Styles to the workplace in a practical and non-threatening way. By understanding Thinking Styles, individuals and teams can improve organisational success. When faced with challenges and problems, a team with differences which they understand and value will, through a knowledge of Jigsaw@work, make better decisions than one whose members lack the same awareness."
