Global consumer goods giant, Procter & Gamble Co plans to close down its office in the Lebanese capital by the end of September, The Daily Star has reported. The company said that employees would be offered relocation and end-of-service packages. "P&G is undergoing a global restructuring effort aimed at improving productivity. This is an ongoing effort that is part of our normal operating activities," Yassin Attas, P&G's communications director for the Mena region, told the daily.
