PIC Kuwait entrusts development of its 50 top executives to Altaaat Leadership Development Institute

Fascinated and impressed by the unmatched feedback received on the workshop delivered by Altaaat Leadership Development at one of its industry events back in May 2012, the Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) invited Altaaat Leadership Development to its home base in Kuwait for delivering a leadership development workshop to 50 members of its top executive and management team.

Spread over two one-day workshops, the management team was engaged in a range of enjoyable and fun activities that included the responding and the analyzing of responses towards real life leadership cases shared from across the region.

Allocating a day between the two workshops, the Altaaat team in collaboration with Explorer Tours organized an adventure outdoor activities day for PIC's management team. Adventure activities, which included water volleyball, oil hunt in the desert, amongst other fun activities, was organized at PIC's desert camp.

Invited for a tour around the PIC camp by Mrs. Maha Al Hussein, Managing Director PIC, the Altaaat team admired the profound environmental measures applied by PIC in the operating and running of the camp, amongst which were completely solar powered lights and water heaters.

The workshop and camp days offered memorable experiences for all parties involved, and further collaborations are being explored.
