PiXiL launches Viva Kuwait Self-Care application

PiXiL recently launched its latest and versatile Viva Self-Care mobile application, which enables users to quickly and effortlessly access an extensive menu of services and functions.

The application is characterized by its unique design, which is based on a wheel approach that makes it much easier for users to gain access to numerous services and sub-services in two clicks or less.

Worth mentioning is that this approach is extensively utilized by telecom and banking sector institutions, precisely because of the many sub-services involved.

Upon entering a username and password, the application enables users to view and perform a wide spectrum of services, including but not limited to, invoice payment, usage and invoice history, technical support, locating VIVA branches on a map and viewing the promotions page - among many others.

"As opposed to the monotonous and often mundane applications associated with enterprises today, the product introduced by PiXiL is a very attractive and appealing one," said Mr. Omar Abdon - PiXiL Chief Executive Officer.

"Moreover, its creativity lies in enabling the user to access whichever service he/she requires in no more than a couple of touches," he added.

The company managed to complete the integration to Viva sophisticated back-end and link it with client side as apps for iPhone, iPad, Android and BlackBerry; all in a span of only six months.

Also worth mentioning is that the Viva application by PiXiL has been nominated for the prize of Best Enterprise Application User Interface by The Mobile Show, Dubai.
