Prince Alwaleed receives Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo

HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, Chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), received Ms. Indra Nooyi, Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo Middle East and Africa and an accompanying delegation.
The meeting began as Ms. Nooyi thanked Prince Alwaleed for giving her the opportunity to meet him. During the meeting the two discussed the latest developments in both KHC and PepsiCo. Moreover, Prince Alwaleed and Ms. Nooyi also discussed a number of general economic issues.
PepsiCo Inc. was formed in 1965 and is an American multinational food and beverage corporation headquartered in Purchase, New York, with interests in the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of grain-based snack foods, beverages, and other products.
Founded in 1980, KHC is a publicly traded company which was listed on Tadawul (the Saudi Stock Exchange) in 2007. KHC is one of the world's most successful and diversified business organizations, highly respected in the field of investments and recognized as an elite player in the Arabian Gulf region, and internationally.
