Private Flight, which provides a global on-line service tool delivering catering-related procurement and logistical support for some of the world's most renowned private aircraft owners and operators, is looking to further spread its wings in the region at the Middle East Business Aviation show (MEBA 2012) on 11-13 December at Dubai's Al Maktoum International Airport - Dubai World Central.

With its sights set on presenting the Private Flight solution to Middle Eastern companies operating large fleets of private aircraft, its CEO and Regional Director are in Dubai to meet with existing and potential clients and providers.

"Headquartered in New Zealand, Private Flight is yet another New Zealand company bringing innovation to the aviation sector. As an industry pioneer Private Flight has revolutionised the procurement model for private in-flight catering making it efficient, transparent and ensuring consistently high standards of catering," said Steve Jones, New Zealand Trade Commissioner to the Middle East and Consul General in Dubai.

Private Flight was founded by CEO Richard Pryor, following his experiences of managing two of the world's largest privately-owned aircraft, which were based in the Middle East. In this role, he was responsible for organizing the sourcing, delivery and service of food and beverage for his employer, heads of state, dignitaries and associated entourages. During this time, Pryor saw an opportunity to shift private jet catering from a manual process to an automated and transparent web-based ordering system in order to improve the standard of cuisine, reduce cost and add value to client's companies at the same time.

Private Flight now oversees a supply chain that offers customers a selection of over 1000 catering providers spanning 136 countries making it one of the largest collective purchasers of catering for the private aviation industry in the world. The company represents some of the world's largest and well known fleets.

"We're very pleased to be in Dubai for MEBA 2012 to present the Private Flight solution to potential customers," said Pryor. "The business aviation sector is a high growth market in the Middle East and we've found that people within the industry have an innovative mindset and willingness to embrace new technology."

Within the Middle East the company currently has customers in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and Bahrain.
