Property developers eager to participate in ground-breaking BaPDEX 2012

Bahrain Property Developers Association (BaPDA) continues its preparations for its first property development exhibition BaPDEX 2012, Property developers in Bahrain have been showing great interest in participating in the exhibition, the first exhibition of its kind in Bahrain.

BaPDEX 2012 will be held at the Seef Mall from 24 to 30 May 2012 under the patronage of H.E. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Promising to be a highly effective showcase for the property development industry, it will give participants and End users a unique opportunity to network and acquaint themselves with the latest projects and affordable housing developments.

Mr. Aaref Hejres, Chairman of the Board, said, "BaPDEX 2012 has been getting great responses from property developers in Bahrain and Finance companies offering financial solutions, is a great forum for the industry providing an opportunity to gather on common ground and have an overview on all the latest updates and related information."

Mr. Hejres has mentioned that so far the exhibitors in BaPDEX 2012 are 13 major Property companies in Bahrain like Manarah Development, Diyar Al Muharrq, Grnata Real Estate, Skana , Reef Real Estate finance Co. Pegasus, Impact Real Estate, Dair Gardens, Blue water investment, Orchid Development and Saar Central, and the number of interested participants are growing as the demand is big, and if it means anything than it means how the market is ready for such exhibitions.

As the leading non-profit organization representing the property development industry in the country, BaPDA has been dynamic in consistently putting forward initiatives to improve knowledge and professionalism, energizing the market in different ways so as to benefit the national economy and infrastructure, as well as all stakeholders.

BaPDEX 2012 is seen as a unique opportunity for retailers and consumers to network and cooperate in a mutually rewarding exchange, while throwing the spotlight once again on Bahrain's well-deserved reputation as a business friendly and progressive nation.
