Qatar sees 5% rise in demand for residential units

Qatari real estate services provider, NAI-Qatar has said demand for housing units in the Gulf country rose 5% since August this year, Gulf Times has reported. The has been an upward trend for furnished and unfurnished apartments by 5.36% and 2.52%, respectively, the firm said. Furnished villas also saw demand rise by 4.64%, while demand for unfurnished villas fell by 0.84% during the period, the report said.
