Qatar Deputy Prime Minister receives MEED Lifetime Achievement Award

Phil Blizzard reports on the conference and talks with the recipient of the award H.E. Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, President, Transparency Authority, Qatar. He has held numerous key posts, including Minister of Energy & Industry, also Chairman, Qatar Petroleum and President of OPEC. His Excellency is the current Deputy Prime Minister of Qatar.
