Qatar introduces new system to expedite servicing of vehicles

Qatar's Consumer Protection Department (CPD) has introduced a "points system" aimed at monitoring the servicing of vehicles by automobile agencies, Gulf Times has reported. "Through this procedure we would like the automobile agencies to expedite the servicing of vehicles and deliver them on time to the customers. We have already succeeded in reducing the number of vehicles waiting to be serviced," said the CPD director, Sheikh Jassim bin Jabor al-Thani.
