Qatar to measure public satisfaction with health services

Qatar's Supreme Council of Health (SCH) has launched a nation-wide survey on the satisfaction levels of health service users in the country, Gulf Times has reported. The survey aims at evaluating the experience of the users of health service. The questions of the survey include waiting time before accessing the service, communication with patient regarding treatment, effective and durability of treatment and the suitability of fees.
