Qatar rolls out Phase I of e-bag initiative

Qatar's Supreme Education Council (SEC) has launched the first phase of its e-bag project that will be implemented in 10 Independent schools, the Peninsula has reported. The project is an extension of the e-learning project that was launched last academic year to provide an electronic environment at schools and train teachers, students and their parents to get accustomed to e-learning. It aims to provide all students and teachers of Independent schools with a computer along with educational aids and applications that conform to the national curriculum standards.
