Qatar starts issuing ownership documents to The Pearl-Qatar residents

The UDC, master developer of Pearl-Qatar, has said the real estate registration department at the justice ministry has started issuing the ownership document of The Pearl-Qatar property holders, the Peninsula has reported. The development, an artificial island spanning nearly four million square metres, is the first land in the Gulf country to be available for freehold ownership by foreign nationals.
