Qatargas supports Qatar Social and Cultural Center for the Blind

With the slogan "Through Our Discernment, We Give Life to Our Society," the forum is organised by the Qatar Social and Cultural Centre for Blind under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Hamad Bin Abdulaziz Al-Kuwari, Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage. The event will facilitate discussion on the latest issues in the field of visual disability and will shed light on the challenges facing the visually impaired. Several experts and specialists from 15 Arab countries will be participating in the discussions during the forum.

Qatargas' support to the Forum was announced in a brief ceremony held at the company's Doha Head Office. Present on the occasion were Mansour Rashid Al-Naimi, Qatargas Public Relations Manager, Matar Abdullah Al Mansouri, General Secretary of the Qatar Social & Cultural Center for the Blind, and Youssef Mouftah, Member of Directors of the Centre and its Treasurer.
The sponsorship forms part of Qatargas' continuing commitment to the support of the community in the country, especially that of individuals with special needs.

Commenting on the current initiative, Mansour Rashid Al Naimi, Public Relations Manager at Qatargas, said: "Corporate Social Responsibility is one of our core strategic priorities at Qatargas.
