Qatar's SAK unveils 'Valley City' project

Qatar-based SAK Holding Group has said it is set to implement its "Valley City" project in the country, which will comprise a resort and a hotel and thousands of residential units among other facilities, Gulf Times has reported. The residential units will comprise both villas and apartments, while the resort and a four-star hotel will be built over an area of 12,000sq m, the firm said. Other facilities include a 250,000 sq m central park, a 40,000 sq m mall, a 20,000 sq m cultural village and markets spread over an area of 20,000sq m.
