  • PRESS RELEASE

The Exchange Program, launched by STC in collaboration with Saudi Airline's Alfursan, enabled customers to exchange their reward miles for Qitaf points.

The new initiative is a new addition to the list of achievements of Qitaf, the biggest loyalty program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the region. It also mirrors other mutual partnerships that Qitaf has with other companies, and which have attracted customers, employees, and those interested in loyalty programs, on the regional scale.

The mutual partnership between Qitaf and Alfursan culminated in an Exchange Program, which allows Alfursan members to transfer their Reward Miles to Qitaf points and use them to receive exclusive services from STC, such as free minutes or SMS, or to exchange them for coupons by sending an SMS containing 1666 to 902. The program also allows Qitaf customers to transfer their points to other customers; a feature that distinguishes Qitaf from other loyalty programs.

It is worth mentioning that the agreement, signed between STC and Saudi Arabian Airlines, is considered to be the first of its kind, between an airline and a telecommunication company, in the region. This giant alliance was formed to provide innovative solutions and added value services that satisfies their customers and meets their demands, while exceeding their expectations.
