QNB and Qatar's Ministry of Labor sign a memorandum of understanding to train Qatari nationals

QNB, financial institution in the State of Qatar and the MENA region, signed an agreement with the Ministry of Labor as part of their cooperation to train and develop Qatari candidates in the Bank's training facilities.
QNB is committed to be the leading bank in encouraging and developing young Qataris, through its participation in such supportive initiatives that meet the aspirations of the youth.
The Bank seeks to provide a suitable environment to make the best use of their skills and talents in all fields, especially the banking sector.
The memorandum was signed by Mr. Ali Rashid Al Mohannadi, QNB's Executive General Manager/Chief Operation Officer and Mr. Mohamed Saad Al Miraikhi, the Director of national development department at the Ministry of Labor.
The training program will include an orientation session about the Bank, in addition to the basics of the banking sector.
The banking products and services will also be reviewed along with the various skills of sales, communication and team work.
By the end of the training, QNB will provide the outstanding trainees an opportunity to join one of its departments as part of the Bank's policy in support of involving the Qatari youth in the banking sector.
Previously, QNB initiated in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor summer training for secondary school students in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor , during which a number of officials from the Ministry visited the training centre to get familiar with the activities organized by the centre to prepare the Qatari youth to work at the banking sector.
