Audio: The DIFC Forum 2012 had the theme of 'The Shifting Centre of Gravity' and on that Phil Blizzard talks to Dr Farouk Soussa, Chief Economist - Middle East, Citi for his interpretation. The economist also talks about key factors which determine the price of oil and the impact of the US becoming energy self-sufficient. On the subject of major projects he calls for the need to question their sustainability and economic viability, and made calls for co-ordination to avoid 'follies in replication'
