Range Developments announces completion of latest phase of Park Hyatt St. Kitts Project

Range Developments, a Dubai-based real estate developer, announced the successful conclusion of the latest phase of its flagship Park Hyatt St. Kitts project.
Park Hyatt St. Kitts is a luxury hotel within Christophe Harbour, an emerging resort community on the island of St. Kitts in the Caribbean.In developing this project, Range Developments offers investors unique investment opportunities as well as significant additional benefits, including eligibility for St. Kitts citizenship.
Commenting on the progress of the project, Mohammed Asaria, Vice Chairman of Range Developments said: "We are very pleased to have finalised the latest phase of this exciting development and extend our gratitude to the Government of St. Kitts & Nevis and our partners for their invaluable support. By developing this project we remain committed to providing investors with access to exceptional real estate investment opportunities."
Presenting alongside Range Developments in St Kitts, Park Hyatt and Kiawah Partners delivered key note speeches regarding the project's progress. In addition, Arcadia Designs, the project's design architects,highlighted the schematic designs of the hotel, room, and suite layouts; Clodagh Design, the project's interior designers, presented room interiors and the hotel aesthetics concept designs. The landscaping plans for the project were presented by Site Concepts International, the project's landscape artist.
When completed, Park Hyatt St. Kitts will be a major highlight of Christophe Harbour, a 2,500 acre resort community on the island's southeast peninsula. The development will feature 165 rooms and up to 43 branded residential villas and apartments across three phases. The first phase will be comprised of 125 rooms. This luxury resort will feature contemporaryarchitecture with a colonial inspiration.In addition to the project's luxurious design and décor, it will be surrounded by world-class recreational facilities, which are planned to include a Tom Fazio designed golf course and yacht club.
Senator the Honourable Richard Oliver Skerritt, MP, JP, Minister of Tourism, International Transport and Trade, Industry, Commerce and Consumers Affairs of St. Kitts & Nevis, said: "We are pleased with the progress being made on this significant development. One of the Government's key priorities is to drive socio-economic development on our islands through attracting foreign investment and further enhancing our vitally important local tourism industry, generating sustainable, long-term employment opportunities as a result. Range Developments' Park Hyatt St. Kitts project will play an important role in this agenda."
Ground-breaking on the Park Hyatt St.Kitts project is expected in June 2013.
