Range Developments partners with Etihad Guest to offer rewards to Park Hyatt St. Kitts' investors

Range Developments' flagship project is Park Hyatt St. Kitts, a luxury hotel within Christophe Harbour, an emerging resort community on the island of St. Kitts. Through this project, Range Developments offers a unique investment opportunity as well as additional benefits, including eligibility for St. Kitts citizenship. Park Hyatt St. Kitts is an approved project under the 'Citizenship-by-Investment' Programme of the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis.

The partnership with Etihad Guest will provide investors in Park Hyatt St. Kitts development with exclusive benefits offered by the loyalty programme. As an Etihad Guest Gold Member, Range Developments' investors will have access to priority check-in and boarding, fast-track immigration (where the service is offered), excess baggage allowance and lounge access. In addition, investors will receive 50% extra Etihad Guest Miles on every flight, exclusive Gold Tier Rewards and access to Etihad's dedicated Partner Network.

Range Developments and Kiawah Partners, announced its plans to build and operate the Park Hyatt hotel on the eastern Caribbean island of St. Kitts. Park Hyatt St. Kitts will boast 200 rooms and up to 40 residential villas across three phases. The luxury hotel is set to become a defining feature of Christophe Harbour and will be financed through the sale of individual investment shares for $400,000, which qualifies investors for citizenship.
