Minister of Works receives MP Mohammed Salim Bu Qais

HE the Minister of Works Eng. Essam bin Abdulla Khalaf received at his office MP Mohammed Salim Bu Qais, the representative of District 8 in the Northern Governorate. Present at the meeting were Eng. Kadhim Abdullatif Director of Road Planning & Designing Directorate, Hafedh Abdulghaffar Chief of Media & community service.

The Minister Khalaf welcomed the MP and lauded his efforts and concern towards answering the needs and requirements of residents in District 8. He also praised the important and positive role of MPs in communicating residents' requests to the Ministry of Works, who is always keen to provide high quality services to the people of Bahrain; as a leading organization responsible for providing high quality infrastructure services for all.

During the meeting, MP Bu Qais highlighted needs and requirements in District 8 at the Northern Governorate, which included implementing a number of speed humps on some roads in the district.

The Minister reiterated the Ministry of Works' keenness to implement all projects in the area, which is being taken care of by all officials at the Ministry. On his end, Bu Qais extended thanks and appreciation to the Ministry of Works for their constant cooperation with MPs and their continuous efforts aiming to serve the people of Bahrain by providing the needed roads and infrastructure projects throughout Bahrain.

The Minister highlighted the steps and initiatives taken by the Ministry to develop Hamad Town areas and improve its infrastructure and road projects.
