Research In Motion (RIM) is to launch its new BlackBerry 10 in Dubai on January 30, Khaleej Times has reported. The emirate will be one of the six markets to witness the launch of redesigned and reengineered operating system, which the Canadian company hopes will help it return to profitability in fiscal 2014.
