- PRESS RELEASE
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has recently launched the revamped Salik website under a plan developed to make the website more user-friendly so that customers can access and avail Salik services in a better shape.
"The new face-lifting undergone by the website involved remarkable improvements by adding more customers' frequently asked questions (FAQ) along with relevant replies so that we can meet all customers' requirements and queries about Salik," he added.
"The website has now become more flexible than ever before in terms of communicating with RTA's network, agencies and departments of relevance to our work. Some glitches had been encountered in the past in this regard but now it is a completely different story, since the new website is more user-friendly, and very smooth, which would add to achieving our customers' satisfaction. Salik system is closely linked to the movement of vehicles in the Emirate of Dubai, and has become an important part of motorists' mobility. We had therefore been prompted to upgrade Salik website for the best benefit of users," concluded Al-Awadi.
