"The new edition of Madinati system encourages community members to take part in protecting properties & lives through communicating any violations or damage sustained to the right-of-way out of their own keenness on maintaining the public health, and protecting the public facilities. During the first quarter of this year, about 8560 reports were made under the system, and it is believed that the new version will witness a rise in the number of users, prompting them to communicate with the RTA in submitting important feedbacks," added Al Bastaki.
