Roger Vivier opens store in Dubai

Lovers of the brand can find the emblematic signatures - the Buckle and the Choc heel - and iconic styles including the Belle Vivier and the Prismick line with its trademark geometric découpés.

This opening represents a milestone in the expansion of Roger Vivier globally and signs the growth of the Maison in the region.

A unique Décor
The boutique will feature the new decor concept of the Maison Roger Vivier.

It will showcase the extravagant and eclectic universe of Roger Vivier that has seduced the most elegant and fascinating of women the world over, alongside new season's collections and Limited Editions.

Not only a boutique and creative environment but a real house with its unique interior design capturing the codes of elegance à la française and evoking an eclectic artistry - one of the cornerstones of Roger Vivier's spirit.

If scenography stands apart, in keeping with the refinement and modernity quintessential to the spirit of Roger Vivier, the décor creates an exceptional aerial feel evoking a tangible sensation of lightness. Pale pink gives way to a light and bright nude tone that opens up the space.

Footwear, bags, small leather goods, jewellery and sunglasses all benefit from a lighting installation like that of an art gallery. Light, transparent plexiglass built-in alcoves contribute to this unique presentation.

A wall running the length of the salons is constant and each piece of footwear is displayed as a sculpture on an individual lacquered plinth; a modern play on the exhibition format of rare icons.

The décor features a line of luminous original display furniture that celebrates the iconic buckle. The emblematic signature of the Parisian Maison adorns tables and console legs. Horizontal lines dominate in a linear display of accessories and sofas accentuate this feeling of space and comfort. Aubergine lacquered, free-standing elements provide an elegant touch of colour in this refined décor.

Selected furniture pieces sourced in Parisian antique stores or commissioned from contemporary artists, bringing to mind the home interiors of the founder. Including an antique wood chiffonier, a huge sculpted mirror, vintage lamps and original collages of Mr Roger Vivier, this décor embodies a luxurious contrast of styles and tastes from classic to modernist.

Roger Vivier considered art as one of his major sources of inspiration. Thus, Creative Director Bruno Frisoni, alongside Ines de la Fressange, Roger Vivier Ambassador, bring to Dubai the echo of a new Parisian spirit, filled with eclecticism and fantasy.
