Rosewood Corniche celebrates fifth anniversary

In the hotel's five years in operation it was voted Saudi Arabia's Leading Hotel at the World Travel Awards for three consecutive years by more than 170,000 international travel professionals.

The hotel planned a grand celebration for its team beginning with games followed by cake cutting and lunch which was served by the planning committee of the hotel.

Seventy members of staff comprising employees, supervisors and managers who total 30% of the workforce and have been with the hotel since its pre-opening, were recognised at the celebratory meal with awards and an appreciation speech by the Managing Director, while five team members each won a special gift in a lucky draw.

"This is a great milestone to achieve and we're proud to be the standard- bearer for hotels in the Kingdom," said Hans-Peter Leitzke, Managing Director for Rosewood Corniche, who has headed up the team since its pre-opening phase in 2007. "Having completed our most successful Ramadan and Eid season to date, it's a great time to honour our colleagues and acknowledge their hard work in making the hotel the best it can be."
