Rotana Master Chefs and Artists participate at Gulfood Salon Culinaire 2013

Further intensifying its excellent reputation in the region's culinary industry, Rotana Master Chefs and Kitchen Artists manifested their acclaimed talents and skills by winning numerous accolades at the recent Emirates International Salon Culinaire at Gulfood, one of the biggest annual food exhibitions in the region.
The culinary competition saw Rotana chefs and artists stood out in a contest of culinary techniques, precision, eye for detail and quality amongst hundreds of other competing chefs from different hotels and restaurants in the Middle East.
The highlights of Rotana's success this year included the Al Bustan Rotana team getting 11 medals in 9 categories, Al Murooj Rotana Dubai's Nalin Susantha winning the Gold Medal in the Four Course Gourmet Dinner Menu category, Park Rotana Abu Dhabi's Henry Delara Abigan dominating the Individual Ice Carving category and Al Ain Rotana's Alaa Salami being declared as the Best Arabic Chef in the entire competition.
Commenting on this impressive achievement, Mr. Omer Kaddouri, Chief Operating Officer remarked: "The success of our chefs and artists at the recent Salon Culinaire is yet again another demonstration of how passionate we are when it comes to the culinary quality we offer all our guests.
