  • PRESS RELEASE

Royal Jet's award-winning FBO (Fixed Base Operation) and VIP Terminal facility at Abu Dhabi International Airport is expected to once again reach record-breaking levels of traffic during November.

The facility will host a large number of VIPs, celebrities and car racing enthusiasts from across the globe who will converge at Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi from 2-4 November to watch the 18th race of the 2012 Formula 1 world championships.

The Abu Dhabi-based international luxury flight services company has close to 10 years of unrivalled experience in hosting Royalty, VIPs and celebrities and will roll out the red carpet for F1 enthusiasts next month. Royal Jet's FBO is close to the iconic Yas Marina Circuit - three minutes by helicopter transfer or 10 minutes by limousine - which is a major advantage for teams and spectators alike.

"The last three years of hosting people flying in for the Abu Dhabi F1 race have demonstrated that our expert FBO team is able to deliver the quick turnaround times and high levels of customer service that are the trademarks of Royal Jet," said Shane O'Hare, President and Chief Executive Officer of the private jet operator.

"For the large number of race team and spectator aircraft, our FBO service continues to be a unique offering. The FBO and VIP Terminal benefits range from very competitive fuel charges and low parking fees to a free limousine service and free hotel transfers. This has helped us to enjoy record levels of business during the last three Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. We are now geared up to make it four in a row," added O'Hare.
