      <![CDATA[
Yemen: Gulf Air is set to increase the number of flights to the Yemeni capital, Sana'a from three to four times a week, as of June 6, 2012, in response to growing passenger traffic. The move comes less than a year after the Manama-based carrier launched direct flights to Sana'a in October 2011, which was earlier served by a round trip flight via Yemen's seaport city of Aden. The additional weekly flight to Sana'a complements Gulf Air's current operations to Aden which in March this year saw flights increased from two to three times a week. All four weekly flights to Sana'a are operated by a 136-seat Airbus A 320 comprising 16 Falcon Gold class and 120 Economy class passengers. [AMEInfo.com]

Yemen: Yemen LNG, which is run by France's Total, has said operations have been resumed on April 21, following a blast on its feed pipeline in end-March had stopped production, Reuters has reported. Yemen's oil and gas pipelines have been repeatedly sabotaged since anti-government protests last year created a power vacuum that militants have exploited. [AMEInfo.com]
