The Iraqi Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Interior agree upon master agreements for cooperation with the REBUILD IRAQ RECRUITMENT PROGRAM (RIRP), which will be signed at the beginning of July in Baghdad.
