        Qatar Fuel (Woqod) announced today that effective from the end of 2009 they will be withdrawing 48kg (100 liters) LPG cylinders from the market. Woqod have recently started to commission their new LPG bottling and bulk loading plant which is located in the New Industrial Area of Doha.

        Mr. Mohamed Turki Al-Subai Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Qatar Fuel (WOQOD) announced that WOQOD has achieved excellent progress during this period, despite current global and international crises the company secured a net profit of QR407m in the first half of the fiscal year 2009 with an increase of QR56m, or 16% as compared to the same period of 2008.
