RTA presents free Nol cards to children with special needs

Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced free Nol Blue Cards are to be gifted to children with special needs attending Dubai's Rashid Paediatric Therapy Centre (RPTC), Gulf News has reported. The smart cards can be used on all transport modes in Dubai and topped up with credit. The Blue category costs Dhs70 per card.
