Saudi Arabia saves SR600m through water leak repairs

Saudi Arabia's National Water Co (NWC) has said the kingdom has saved more than 97 million cubic metres of water this year in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, and Taif, a result of water leak repairs, Arab News has reported. In Riyadh only, water savings reached 52 million cubic meters, while in Jeddah 13 million cubic metres of water was saved, and lastly, in Makkah and Taif 27.4 million cubic metres, respectively, were spared, said the NWC.
