Saudi Arabia's Mazah Trading inks Miami Subs Grill franchise deal

US-based privately held restaurant chain New Miami Subs Grill has signed an agreement with Saudi-based Mazah Trading and Contracting to open 56 new outlets in the GCC in the wider Middle East. Under the terms of the deal, the GCC franchise locations will be operated under the name Al Zarah Group, with the first locations to be opened in Saudi Arabia toward the end of 2013, including a flagship store that will act as the training facility for certification of all future franchisees in the region.
